Job Description :

Progressive Painting is hiring a motivated, Field Sales Recruiter to help build our door-to-door sales team. If you’re outgoing, love talking to people, ambitious, this role is for you.

You’ll drive around the Phoenix metro area in a new company-provided truck, visit high-traffic locations (gas stations, job centers, parks, etc.), and recruit individuals to join our fast-growing painting sales team.

Key Responsibilities :

Use a new company vehicle to travel and recruit across the city

Approach potential candidates in-person

Talk to people about joining the door-to-door sales team

Collect contact information and forward to sales manager

Schedule interviews and help get people hired

Represent the company professionally

Submit simple daily / weekly reports

Requirements :

Friendly and confident communicator

Self-driven and works well without supervision

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Comfortable talking to strangers and making fast connections

Recruiting, canvassing, or sales experience is a plus
