Position Summary
We are seeking a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine with an emphasis on shoulder arthroplasty to join a physician-led orthopedic group in Scottsdale, AZ. This surgical position offers a high-volume, focused practice supported by skilled physician assistants, in-house imaging, and a dedicated surgical team. Compensation & Benefits

Diagnose and treat shoulder conditions, including sports injuries, trauma, and degenerative diseasesPerform shoulder arthroscopy and total shoulder arthroplasty (anatomic and reverse)Manage preoperative and postoperative care to ensure seamless patient recoveryCollaborate closely with onsite physical therapy to optimize rehabilitationOptionally provide sports knee care depending on interest and referralsConduct in-office procedures such as ultrasound-guided injectionsMaintain thorough documentation within the electronic health record (EHR)Participate in quality improvement initiativesCandidate Requirements
Fellowship training in Sports Medicine or Shoulder & Elbow SurgeryBoard Certified or Board Eligible with the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS)Eligible for medical licensure in Arizona (MD or DO)Skilled in shoulder reconstruction and joint replacement proceduresStrong team player with excellent communication skillsReady to Apply?
