Associate Attorney, Litigation

Small, fast-paced Las Vegas law firm seeks Nevada licensed attorney with an emphasis in civil litigation. Candidate must have strong working knowledge of local Court rules, must be a self-starter, team player and be ready and willing to work independently and under the supervision of the Managing Partner. Candidate must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, be highly detail-oriented and be able to follow directions. Candidate must be proficient in handling cases from start to finish, including drafting pleadings and motions, handling discovery, depositions, negotiations, settlements, etc. Candidate must be able to handle a full case load and reach monthly minimum billing requirements.
