This facility is seeking an Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule : As soon as credentialed - Ongoing
• Practice Setting : Clinic Setting
• Type of cases and required procedures : Duties include consults, weekly chemotherapy visits, inpatient consultations, and calls.
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Cerner
• Credentialing Timeframe : 45-90 days
• Certifications required : Board certified and Basic Life support
• State Licensure : Arizona
