• 7 days on / 7 days off block scheduling with no responsibilities on off week
• Take call from home after completing morning rounds
• Join established program as 2nd pediatric hospitalist
• Board-certified or board-eligible pediatricians welcomed
• Work in pediatric unit and special care nursery
• Average of 4 hours rounding per day with low patient census
• Collaborate with regional children's hospital for complex cases
• Loan repayment assistance and occurrence-based malpractice coverage
