Position Summary
The Director of Stewardship / Partnerships is responsible for driving fundraising growth by creating opportunities to build and cultivate relationships with donors and sponsors for the organization. This role will collaborate with the Development team to raise funds that support revenue goals for PCA North's initiatives and overall success.
Duties And Responsibilities
Partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, keeping them informed about school activities and ensuring their contributions are acknowledged.
- Collaborate with the school's leadership team to ensure sponsorship agreements are met and sponsor benefits are delivered.
- Maintain accurate records of sponsor contacts, proposals, and agreements.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects, meet deadlines, and handle problem-solving tasks efficiently.
- Partner with the marketing team to create sponsor signage and other promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the Development and Business offices to arrange payment schedules and sponsorship logistics.
- Work with the Superintendent and North Campus Team Lead to establish and achieve annual sponsorship goals.
- Assist our Director of Corporate Sponsors on sponsorship packages that address both the school's needs and the interests of prospective sponsors.
Stewardship
Develop and implement a comprehensive stewardship program that ensures donors are acknowledged, recognized, and engaged throughout the year.Create and execute donor engagement strategies that deepen relationships and encourage continued giving.Collaborate with leadership to identify key stewardship goals and align them with the overall fundraising strategy and organizational objectives.Develop and manage a donor recognition program that includes donor walls, annual reports, and public acknowledgments.Oversee the production of stewardship materials such as newsletters, impact reports, and digital communications that keep donors informed about how their contributions are making a difference.Coordinate with the communications team to craft compelling messages that convey gratitude and the impact of donor gifts.Develop strategies for donor retention, including personalized outreach, regular updates, and engagement opportunities that encourage continued support.Other duties as assignedQualifications
