South Carolina Licensed Deaf Teacher

A company is looking for a Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teacher for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver specialized instruction to students with hearing impairments in accordance with IEPs

Utilize assistive technology to support students' learning

Collaborate with school staff to create an inclusive educational environment

Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Deaf Education, Special Education, or a related field

Valid teaching certification in Deaf and Hard of Hearing education

Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) or other forms of manual communication

Strong knowledge of assistive technology and auditory-visual teaching strategies

Experience in telepractice or online instruction
