We have contracted with Navigate , a company that is dedicated to help physicians successfully navigate PSLF. They provide white glove counseling that often results in greater long-term loan relief than conventional bonuses or incentive programs. Nature of Work : Deliver high-quality surgical care in inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings , including Medical / Surgical / ICU units. Perform a variety of general surgical procedures, including endoscopy (preferred) . Evaluate diagnostic tests and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient. Maintain thorough documentation and charting using Electronic Health Records (EHR). Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatment plans, and recovery. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team using strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
