We’re a fine dining restaurant in Gaithersburg, MD, known for our elevated cuisine, exceptional service, and thoughtfully curated wine and cocktail menus. We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team and help us continue delivering unforgettable dining experiences.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead the front-of-house team, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience.
• Manage and refine our wine and cocktail menus, working closely with vendors and keeping inventory in check.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain menu harmony and uphold quality standards.
• Oversee daily operations, from staffing and scheduling to handling guest feedback.
• Keep an eye on the numbers—labor costs, budgets, and overall profitability.
• Ensure the restaurant meets all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
