Interim Risk Manager

HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Interim Risk Manager for a 250+ bed hospital in California. The Risk Manager plays an important role in developing and implementing Risk Management policies and procedures for the Health System. Responsibilities include :

• Coordinating communications between patients, family members, medical / administrative staff, and regulatory agencies, including grievances and dispute resolutions.
• Facilitating investigations surrounding risk events, coordinating improvement opportunities, working collaboratively with other leaders, staff, physicians, the Quality Department, and Patient Safety Officer.

Requirements :
