Seniors at Home one of the leading providers of innovative versatile home health care seeks a hands-on Day Room Member Assistant for an entry-level position with significant growth potential. This role requires significant direct work / contact with frail patients so patience compassion and flexibility are essential.

The Day Room Member Assistant plays a vital role in delivering compassionate personalized care to our Seniors. This position is based on-site at our Johnstown location where youll provide one-on-one support in our Day Room setting. There is no travel with this position.

Key responsibilities include :

• Providing direct individualized care in a structured day program environment
• Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing grooming dressing and oral hygiene
• Supporting therapeutic exercises and activities as guided by on-site physical occupational and speech therapists
• Administering medications under the supervision of an on-site Registered Nurse (RN)
• Observing and reporting changes in patients conditions to RNs or therapists
• Promoting a safe and supportive environment reporting any potential safety concerns
• Accurately documenting patient care and activity as required
• Performing additional duties based on individual care plans or team direction
