Job description

Join our growing department of 28 family medicine physicians at one of the largest physician-owned and governed multi-specialty clinics in the Midwest. You'll benefit from a large referral base within the clinic, consisting of over 260 multi-specialty physicians and providers. Additionally, you'll have access to an external referral base that includes 1.3 million patients.

Opportunity Profile

  • Nine locations in the Des Moines Metro area
  • Outpatient Only
  • No Obstetrics
  • EMR
  • Family-friendly collegial atmosphere

Compensation / Benefits

  • Signing bonus
  • Leading two-year salary guarantee, which includes additional compensation after breaking even
