Key Responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional teams to define and deliver user-centered features
Transform complex ideas into clear and simple user flows
Lead design reviews and foster collaboration to enhance design quality across the organization
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in the full product development process
Extensive experience in FinTech, particularly in spend management and card issuing
Strong foundation in UX design and experience in creating new products
Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma and familiarity with AI technologies
Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and influence design strategy
