Indigo Gymnastics Center is a vibrant, student-centered gymnastics facility committed to fostering growth, discipline, and confidence in young athletes. We believe in creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where children thrive and we're looking for passionate and motivated Competitive and Recreational Gymnastics Coaches to join our team.
- About the Role :
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a collaborative, high-energy setting to work with our
- USAG Girls, Boys, Acro, T&T, and recreational programs
- . As a coach, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring gymnasts to produce measurable results and supporting each athlete in reaching their individual goals, as well as fostering healthy, positive relationships with gymnasts and parents and ensuring every athlete receives equal attention and care.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Coach, assist and supervise with groups of up to 10 students while ensuring equal attention and support for each child.
- Maintain a structured, systematic, and results-oriented approach to instruction.
- Monitor and track gymnast behavior and progress; provide timely feedback to students and parents.
- Communicate clearly and positively with parents, athletes, and coworkers.
- Take attendance, follow daily schedules, and be accountable for your gymnasts' successes.
- Demonstrate proper use of equipment and ensure a safe environment at all times.
- Lift, spot, and assist gymnasts as needed, and move light equipment such as mats.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Who You Are :

- Energetic and physically active; able to be on your feet for most of the shift.

- A true team player who values collaboration and positivity.
- Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and assist students safely and move gym equipment as needed.
- Willingness to take ownership of your programs, including attendance, behavior, and communication.
- Availability during evenings or weekends may be required based on class schedules.
- Prior gymnastics or coaching experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person with the right attitude!
