General Manager, Consumer Lending

A company is looking for a General Manager, Consumer Lending to oversee its core lending verticals and drive growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Own the P&L for consumer lending categories, setting revenue and profitability targets while reporting results to the Executive Leadership Team

Drive borrower acquisition and growth through SEO, partnerships, and paid media channels

Lead and expand strategic partnerships to increase revenue and broaden market reach

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

10+ years of experience in fintech, marketplace, or consumer lending with proven success in scaling acquisition

Demonstrated experience in P&L management, including revenue forecasting and resource allocation

Strong leadership experience in high-growth environments, leading cross-functional teams

Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, along with skills in data-driven decision making
