Primary Job Function : To assist senior installers and techs in the installation and service of heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Work Hours : 7.00 am to 5.00pm, Monday through Friday, overtime required as needed.

Pay Scale : $16.00-$24.00 per hour depending on experience + Benefits.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

Follow instructions from supervisor and carry out in timely manner

Report problems with company tools or equipment promptly

Work well with customers, co-workers, and other subcontractors

Always maintain a profession appearance and attitude

Clean truck and job site

Operate a company vehicle as needed

Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications :

High school diploma or its equivalent

1+ year of experienced, preferred

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Ability to use equipment and tools safely

Basic safety knowledge

Must be able to lift 75 pounds

Possess both written and verbal English skills
