The Corporate Human Resources Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Human Resources processes for the organization. This role is to support a comprehensive compensation, compliance and benefits program that aligns with our business objectives and fosters a high-performance culture. This role will collaborate with global HR management to ensure processes that support the overall HR operations are documented and efficient. This multifaceted role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and hands-on operational skills. The Corporate Human Resources Manager must conduct market research to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive, while also ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies. The Corporate Human Resources Manager requires a keen analytical mind to assess job descriptions and salary structures, while balancing employee satisfaction and retention with the financial goals of the organization. A collaborative approach will be essential, as you will partner with various departments to address compensation and compliance needs and advocate for best practices across the organization. Utilizing your expertise, the Corporate Human Resources Manager will provide guidance on compensation-related issues and lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement through competitive benefits programs.
Requirements
Supports Corporate HR functions within the defined HRIS system to include maintenance of employee records of pay, benefits, accidents, performance, and other activities and files reporting required to comply with labor laws and regulations.
- Strong understanding of compensation structures, including base and bonus structures
- The Corporate Human Resources Manager Responds to unemployment claims for all Corporate-level employees. Manages the access to the company’s DOL interface.
- Supports all Corporate Calendar Reminder items as a means of ensuring the organization remains in compliance with annual, legal, and internally driven tasks.
- Collaborates with the TA team to ensure smooth onboarding and organizational change processes are in place and are successfully maintained.
- Manage compensation benchmarking and conduct in-depth role analysis to understand industry salary trends and competitor pay practices to inform compensation decisions.
- Develop and maintain salary structures, compensation, including pay ranges, pay bands, salary adjustments, and incentive plans.
- Analyze workforce compensation data and prepare reports for senior management and other stakeholders, providing insights into compensation trends and cost analyses.
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality concerning all Company compensation matters
- Manage the Pricing Proposal, Personnel Change Request (PCR) process and the Job Description process in effort to formalize all personnel and compensation changes.
- Represent the Human Resources team at BSA and Sales Pricing meetings for potential sales and client contract renewal processes.
- Partner with Recruiting to create competitive and equitable offers.
- Ensure that compensation practices comply with all relevant federal and state laws and regulations, such as equal pay laws, minimum wage, and overtime regulations
- Assess jobs and their respective duties in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team to determine classification as exempt or nonexempt and appropriate salary range.
- Benchmarks jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position.
- Participate in the recommendations, planning, costing, and implementation of employee salary increases to include pay for performance and market.
- Participates in scenario analysis to assess the impact of potential compensation plans.
- Lead benefit knowledge and engagement initiatives for all company locations
- Interacts with various levels of leadership, professionals and employees.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
