Job descriptionModern Java (11+) with Spring Boot : 5+ years of full-stack development Hands-on architecture / design : 4+ years designing distributed systems or complex enterprise platforms Ability to prioritize tasks and juggle competing demands for supporting application development tools Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills across a variety of development tools and technologies Project leadership experience, especially leading application development tool upgrades or implementation projects Experience working in a large organization and with cross-functional teams on modernization efforts DevSecOps best practices Solving complex technical problems for developers using application development tools. Creating and maintaining documentation for installation and setup of supported tools. Collaborating with team members to create standards, policies, and procedures for tool use. Consulting on cost-effective and quality-focused application development tooling strategies. Leading development tool-related projects, including implementation and upgrades. Staying current with industry best practices and emerging technologies. Working with infrastructure and security teams to align tool-related goals. Experience with ticketing systems for handling customer requests. Ability to work independently and within a team. Experience supporting development tools and / or help desk support. Experience with large, complex Java development projects with tight deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Translating business requirements into technical specs. Architecting complex solutions using a wide range of technologies. Performing advanced technical design with an emphasis on business and security needs. Driving adoption of industry best practices and planning tool upgrade roadmaps.
