Your Role

You\'ll be instrumental in analyzing business models and processes to capture requirements that translate into technical specifications, ensuring that system architecture solutions align with business objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications
- Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions
- Lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients daily
- Travel may be required based on client needs

Strong foundation in managing processes and solutions with emphasis on quality and risk managementAbility to conduct research and apply best practices to drive innovationLead and deliver quality SAP projects or workstreams, including requirements gathering, solution architecture, blueprinting, testing, workflow, documentation, and SAP configurations / integrationsDeliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informedEstablish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levelsStrong decision-making, policy modification, and procedures establishment within scope of workFunctional understanding of SDLC and technology business architecture frameworksTo Qualify For The Role
Bachelor\'s degree4 to 6 years of relevant SAP Controlling experience focusing on Product Costing, with exposure to Make-to-Stock and Make-to-Order; in-depth knowledge of overhead cost accounting, integrated financial planning, margin analysis, universal allocations, and integration with MM, PP, FI; exposure to other FICO modules preferredStrong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skillsExperience managing an SAP project or workstream; experience with hybrid onshore / offshore delivery desirableDeep knowledge of cost accounting, ability to deliver complex reporting requirementsKnowledge of Product Costing leading practices and related tools, including Costing Variants, Material Ledger, and Parallel LedgersFamiliarity with security roles related to Management Accounting processesProficiency with one or more SAP FICO, PP, or MM modulesNice-to-Have
Prior consulting industry experienceSAP Certification(s) such as P_S4FIN SAP Certified Professional – Financials in SAP S / 4HANA for SAP ERP Finance ExpertsExperience with at least three full-cycle implementationsAdditional SAP Finance certifications and cross-functional leadership experienceWhat We Look For
