Salary : Commission - 30% (average $1,000 - $1,300 weekly)

Stepps Towing & Heavy Transport is looking to add experienced Light Duty Tow Truck Operators to our team! We value a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and effective problem-solving abilities.

No Slip Seating Keep Your Assigned Truck!

All drivers must have their own set of tools once assigned to a truck.

Essential Functions

Respond to accidents, breakdowns, and roadside incidents
Maintain communication with motorists while en route
Perform basic repairs or tow vehicles to garages
Safely load vehicles onto the truck
Remove illegally parked vehicles

Physical Requirements

Lifting, crawling, pulling, constant use of hands, bending, reaching, climbing

Required Skills & Qualifications

2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience required

Prior towing experience or related field required

Current DOT Medical Card required

Registered in the DOT Clearinghouse

Clean driving record required for at least the past 3 years

MUST be able to pass a background check and drug test

CommissionPay

30% Commission - Our drivers average $1,000 - $1,300 weekly OR $200 / day guarantee (whichever is greater).

This pay structure should not be misconstrued as a salary-paid position.

Schedule

Five-day work week (Weekends ARE mandatory)
