The Vice President of Finance Engineering will lead the transformation of the company's global finance ecosystem-modernizing systems, streamlining operations, and driving technology-enabled performance. This executive will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of Finance Technology and Operations, ensuring world-class scalability, accuracy, and insight. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of financial leadership, digital transformation experience, and a passion for innovation that enables the Finance organization to operate as a strategic partner to the business.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute a forward-looking Finance Engineering strategy that aligns with the company's overall business and growth objectives.

Serve as a key strategic partner to the CFO and executive leadership, influencing enterprise priorities and investment decisions.

Lead finance process transformation across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report to improve efficiency, transparency, and agility.

Drive the adoption of automation, data intelligence, and modern finance platforms to enable real-time insights and predictive capabilities.

Oversee the design, integration, and optimization of core financial systems and data architecture, ensuring reliability, compliance, and scalability.

Establish standards for governance, data quality, and reporting to support timely and accurate business decisions.

Champion the use of AI, advanced analytics, and digital tools to enhance forecasting, planning, and performance management.

Foster an innovation-driven culture that continuously improves finance productivity, accuracy, and decision support.

Collaborate closely with Accounting, FP&A, Business Operations, and IT to align financial data, systems, and processes.

Ensure Finance solutions meet evolving business needs and regulatory requirements globally.

Maintain strong internal controls, data privacy standards, and risk management practices across all finance technologies and operations.

Partner with internal audit and compliance teams to ensure ongoing readiness and adherence to regulatory frameworks.

Leadership & Talent Development

Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Finance Engineering organization focused on collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.

Promote a culture of empowerment, continuous learning, and innovation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Information Systems; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.

12+ years of progressive experience leading finance operations, transformation, or technology initiatives within complex, global organizations.

Proven record of delivering measurable business outcomes through digital finance modernization.

Skills & Attributes

Strategic financial acumen with deep process understanding (O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A).

Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead transformation, manage large-scale programs, and drive organizational alignment.

Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and operational excellence.

The pay range for this position is $233,300.00 to $335,400.00, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
