Job description

A company is looking for an MSSQL Database Administrator (DBA).

Key Responsibilities

Analyze database system performance, identify issues, and implement improvements

Plan and execute maintenance tasks, including version upgrades and disaster recovery tests

Collaborate with engineering teams on database schema changes and performance optimizations

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator or Database Engineer in production environments

Expert-level knowledge in MSSQL database systems

Experience with high availability configurations and disaster recovery planning

Proven track record of maintaining high-performance, scalable SQL database systems

Applicable Computer Science degree preferred but not required
