Job description
  • Superar las crecientes expectativas de nuestros clientes brindándoles  asistencia de primer nivel en todos los sitios, a fin de brindar una experiencia de compras agradable y gratificante.
  • Entablar relaciones con los clientes y mantenerlos informados con el fin de crear ventas.
  • Operar una caja registradora, un escáner y una balanza usando el método correcto de escaneo o timbraje.
  • Escanear / timbrar correctamente todos los elementos.
  • Cambiar, pagar cheques siguiendo la política de la compañía y emitir recibos correctamente.
  • Embolsar alimentos de un modo eficiente usando la técnica adecuada.
  • Capacidad para representar una cultura de afecto y la búsqueda de la excelencia™ a través de las bases firmes de Big Y™ (Carácter, colaboración, desarrollo personal, acciones y resultados.)
  • Debe proyectar una imagen de pulcritud y profesionalismo.
  • Debe poder trabajar en equipo con una actitud positiva y conducta pragmática.
  • Capacidad para operar siguiendo las políticas, los procedimientos y las normas de la compañía.
  • Capacidad para trabajar horarios flexibles de acuerdo con las necesidades de la tienda.
  • Atención a los detalles, precisión y seguimiento.
  • Capacidad para aprender y utilizar aplicaciones informáticas.
  • Debe dar su consentimiento para una prueba de detección de drogas y una investigación de antecedentes con anterioridad a la contratación para el empleo, y debe pasarlas.
