Accounts Receivable Specialist

A well-established construction company located in Bear, DE is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. This person will be responsible for managing customer payments, collections and maintaining accurate financial records. You'll play a key role in ensuring strong cash flow and great client relationships. Key Responsibilities : Record and apply payments in accounting system including checks and electronic funds transfers; Investigate and resolve payment issues, including disputes, and refunds; Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments; Reconcile A / R accounts and resolve discrepancies; Manage collections process and follow up on overdue accounts; Customer statements; Support month-end closing and reporting activities. #IND
