The Plant Manager will uphold the standards and expectations set forth by upper management and is responsible for contributing to the overall success of the manufacturing functions. This position directs and manages all plant operations with overall responsibilities for production and other production-related activities. Plant Manager reports directly to the President / CEO and is part of the Management Team.
