What You’ll Do
Conduct intakes and help participants access the right resources for housing, employment, food, and family support.Foster a welcoming, safe, and calm environment while helping manage daily facility operations and conflict de-escalation when needed.Collaborate with community partners to expand resource options and strengthen support networks.Maintain accurate records and ensure timely, confidential documentation of services.Welcome visitors, assist with front-desk tasks, support volunteers, and help keep communication flowing smoothly.Manage donations and supplies to ensure families receive essential items.Contribute to team meetings, special events, and other program needs.
