Responsibilities :

• Ensure company's EHS policies comply with local, state & federal regulations
• Identify applicable Health & Safety regulations & risks while interacting with cross functional teams
• Provide leadership to the company with Process Safety Management programs. procedures, trainings etc.
• Investigate & analyze near misses, accidents, injuries & incident trends, and assist in the root cause analysis process
• Participate in the company's health & safety audits
• Work with outside vendors to manage cost & inventory
• Coach & develop others to ensure organizational success, identify talent and provide opportunities to learn & grow

Requirements :

• Experience working in safety, occupational health, public health industrial hygiene or another safety related field
• Experience leading safety teams
• Demonstrated experience in the application of Health & Safety Management systems
• Bachelors Degree
• Tech Savvy : Advanced skills in Microsoft Office skills, safety systems, Adobe, cloud ERP programs like Oracle and safety systems
• Certifications : Certified Safety Professional (CSP), First Aid / CPR
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
