Position : PACS Administrator / Product Analyst (Imaging)

Location : Birmingham, AL 35211

Duration : 6-month Contract to potential direct hire

Pay rate : $30 / hr - $50 / hr

Required Skills & Experience

• Associates degree in Applied Science (Radiology), Health Information Technology, Computer Science, and any other related fields.
• Alternatively, 3 + years of experience supporting PACS AND / OR IT related issues in a clinical environment.
• Strong knowledge of DICOM standards and HL7 interfaces.
• Experience with PACS administration, including troubleshooting and system configuration.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational efficiency.

Job Description

We're looking for a skilled PACS Administrator to support and manage and support our Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS). This role is essential to maintaining system performance and ensuring smooth integration with imaging modalities and related applications. The work directly contributes to improving imaging workflows and patient care outcomes.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
