Position Summary :
Due to our continuing and steady growth, we are seeking a Customer Care Analyst for our Customer Care department. As a Customer Care Analyst, you will service some of FCE’s largest and most complex clients. In this role, Customer Care Analysts handle customer inquiries related to claims, eligibility, and benefit plans. Qualified candidates will possess the ability to pay attention to detail, self-motivation, outstanding customer service (verbal and written), provide one-call resolution and support to members, clients, and providers. The Customer Care Analyst works as part of a team to ensure that the quality of customer service provided to our customers meets or exceeds the highest standards for the organization.
Essential Functions :
- Provide excellent Customer service to members, providers, and vendors
- Knowledge of Medical, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability and Life and AD&D
- Answer questions regarding employee and family health benefits
- Must be able to work effectively in a call center environment
- Building relationships with all customers
- Answer approximately 75 phone calls per day
- Research complex issues and bring to resolution
- Ask specific questions and listen actively
- Intervene with care providers on behalf of the Customer
- Excellent relationship building with team
- Assist Customers in navigating FCE website and portals
- Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, and customer satisfaction
