We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to lead the development, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns for a university in San Diego, California. This role focuses on driving lead generation, enhancing brand visibility, and increasing enrollment through data-driven paid media strategies. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and make a meaningful impact in the education sector.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including budget allocation, landing page optimization, and tracking through tools like Google Tag Manager.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to refine targeting, messaging, and overall effectiveness.
- Conduct A / B and multivariate testing to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize advertising efforts.
- Stay informed on competitor activities and market trends to uncover innovative growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling content tailored to specific audience segments.
- Lead partnerships with external agencies and vendors to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
- Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Drive cross-functional digital marketing projects that align with the organization’s overall objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across various platforms, including social media and programmatic channels.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar tools are highly preferred.
- Strong expertise in marketing automation, bid management tools, and funnel optimization.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager and basic JavaScript knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to stay current with digital marketing trends and apply innovative strategies.
