Position : Building Enclosures Architect / Engineer

Location : Los Angeles / Long Beach California

Terms : Full-Time

Metric are representing a specialist firm in innovative building enclosure solutions. We are searching for an Architect / Engineer and Project Manager with extensive experience in waterproofing various building enclosure systems.

Responsibilities :

You will manage a variety of building enclosure projects from design through post-construction investigation, providing project management and contributing to the development of construction documents, details, and specifications.

Develop and observe construction for remedial design and new construction consultation.
Identify installation defects and produce daily reports and records of construction activities.

Qualifications :

Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Building Science

Registered Architect or Engineer

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in roofing and waterproofing system design, installation, and materials.

Experience with roofing, waterproofing, stucco, siding, windows, sealants, and other building envelope areas

Additional :

Proficiency in AutoCAD (required) and Revit (preferred).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Current driver's license and reliable transportation.
