Position Summary :

The BIM / VDC Coordinator supports model creation, clash detection, field layout planning, and coordination with subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain 3D models and coordination files

Run clash detection reports and track issue resolution

Support layout drawings for field teams

Coordinate with design partners and subcontractors

Qualifications :

2–5 years BIM / VDC experience for commercial projects
