Nurse Manager (Registered Nurse)

We're looking for a Nurse M a nager - Registered Nurse / RN  to join our team! In this role, you'll coordinate and manage the delivery of health care services, supervise the nursing staff, and provide training to employees as needed.

T his position is for a Nursing Manager who will be the driving force behind our healthcare services. The role includes :

Leading your team : You will supervise nursing staff, manage their schedules, and evaluate their performance.

Ensuring high-quality care : You'll coordinate all medical services for individuals, from scheduling appointments to ensuring medication is administered correctly.

Maintaining compliance : This includes keeping detailed medical records, completing required reports, and training new staff on all healthcare procedures.

Handling on-call duties as needed.

SCHEDULE :    Days, Salaried, hours will vary based on needs of individuals in agency and department. On-call responsibilities during the week to support the agency and rotating on weekends to support the Nebraska agencies.

What YOU’LL Need :

• RN license required
• Two years experience in similar capacity, including previous supervisory experience
