About the Role :

We are seeking a hands-on and collaborative MRO Manufacturing Engineer to support ongoing production and maintenance operations. In this role, you’ll work closely with customer manufacturing engineers on-site to enhance manufacturing processes, update job instructions, and optimize tooling for improved efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with customer manufacturing engineers to support ongoing MRO activities for client products .
• Serve as the main point of contact for the customer on the shop floor, providing technical and process support.
• Review, update, and maintain job instructions, assembly procedures, and process documentation.
• Evaluate tooling usage, recommend improvements, and coordinate tooling design or procurement.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
