About the Facility Location The facility is located in Plymouth, Indiana. About the Clinician's Workday This outpatient clinic position is Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with no call or weekend responsibilities and an average daily patient volume of 15. Hospital privileges are required with an estimated 60-90 day credentialing period, and the clinic uses EPIC for its EMR. The role is supported by a team of physicians, APPs, and additional clinical staff, and requires board certification; an active state license is preferred but not required for submission. Responsibilities include participating in a tumor board, managing bone marrow transplants, ordering tests and imaging, coordinating with the blood bank, and prescribing as needed.
