Regulatory Manager - Fintech / Payments Compliance

Position Summary : The Regulatory Manager – Fintech / Payments Compliance will support the bank's LSBX business line.

Responsibilities

Fintech Advisory Work : Partner with business, legal and enterprise risk management teams to evaluate new products and services. Work directly with fintech partners to perform due diligence on new products and services, and document reviews.
Solution Oriented : Craft and execute innovative strategies to build and implement robust compliance programs for fintech products, focusing on identifying risks and working with stakeholders to identify solutions.
Cross-Functional Team Building : Collaborate with product, enterprise risk management and legal teams to integrate regulatory requirements into products and services.
Regulatory & Risk Navigator : Lead the monitoring of evolving financial services regulations and interface with regulatory bodies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience : 3-7 years of hands-on experience in compliance, preferably in financial services or fintech.

Skills : Problem-solver with a strong understanding of relevant consumer protection regulations (e.g., Regulation E, ECOA, FCRA, UDAAP, payment regulations / reg II), excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build compliance programs from the ground up.
