Paralegal - Worker's Compensation - Defense - Charleston

Overview

Turner Padget Graham and Laney, PA is seeking a highly motivated Paralegal - Worker's Compensation in our Charleston office

Essential duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following :

Responsibilities

• Document creation, filing, management and analysis for large cases
• Scheduling
• Medical record summaries and chronologies
• Procurement of medical records / HIPAA compliance
• Preparation and service of subpoenas and other discovery requests
• Preparation of pleadings and discovery responses
• Preparation of routine status reports to clients or national counsel
• Statewide roster / docket monitoring
• Electronic filings / ECF with Federal Court
• Tracking of time spent on client matters and enter time in CMS billing system in a timely matter

Education and Experience Required
