Mortgage Production Partner (100% Commission-Based)

Location : Remote / Flexible

Reports To : Cheree Warrick, Loan Originator FT

Are you ready to help close $100M–$125M in loans annually?

We're seeking a motivated, organized, and client-focused Production Partner to join our high-volume mortgage team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a top-producing Loan Originator and play a critical role in guiding borrowers from pre-approval to closing.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with borrowers and our internal lending team post-consultation.
  • Lock interest rates, approve Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures.
  • Manage underwriting issues and ensure smooth closings.
  • Be available two weekends per month to issue Loan Estimates and revised pre-approval letters.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and team members throughout the loan process.

Requirements :

  • Willingness to obtain a mortgage license in 5+ states (if not already licensed).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a commission-based environment.
  • Weekend availability (on-call two weekends / month).

  • 100% commission-based.
  • High earning potential with volume ranging from $100M to $125M annually.
