Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via telephone or email regarding insurance and financial service products
Research and provide status updates, policy provisions, and resolve discrepancies related to annuities
Educate Financial Service Representatives on market requirements and annuity products
Required Qualifications
High School diploma
1-2 years of customer service experience
Must obtain FINRA Series 6 license within 90 days of hire
Solid time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Must adapt well to change and adjust priorities as needed
