Assistant Director Of Nursing (Adon)

What you'll do :

Lead, mentor, and inspire a skilled nursing team in a positive and supportive environment.

Ensure delivery of top-quality care in full compliance with federal and state regulations.

Build meaningful connections with residents and their families through compassionate, personalized care.

Drive continuous improvements in clinical care and nursing practices.

What we're looking for :

LPN / RN license : must be valid in Minnesota (or ability to activate).

CPR certification : current and valid.

Regulatory knowledge : strong understanding of federal and state long-term care regulations.

Leadership experience : prior nurse leadership in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) is a plus.

Compassion & respect : a genuine commitment to empathy, patience, and high standards of care.
