Since 1994, CDC has partnered with coordinated care organizations to deliver preventive and comprehensive dental services to children and low-income populations under the Oregon Health Plan, with a strong focus on improving both oral and systemic health outcomes.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Clinical Director (RCD) to provide clinical leadership and operational support to approximately 30 Gentle Dental offices within the designated region and serve as a Dental Director (DD) for Capitol Dental. This is a high-impact leadership role central to our mission of delivering accessible, high-quality dental care.

• Gentle Dental is a trusted network of full-service dental practices known for modern technology, a team-oriented culture, and a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
• Capitol Dental Care focuses on accessible, community-driven oral health services, serving Medicaid populations and emphasizing prevention and long-term wellness.

As the RCD / DD, you will champion clinical quality, mentor and develop clinicians, and align practice performance with organizational goalswhile supporting the distinct identities and service models of both brands.

This position is based in Oregon and requires travel to Salem, OR multiple times per month
