Family Nurse Practitioner – Clinic
Location : Marlton, NJ US 08053
Pay : $75 per hour
Clinic Hours : M-F 8 : 30 AM – 7 : 30 PM | Sat 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM | Sun 9 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM
Schedule : Rotating Schedule with every other weekend, 32.5 hours average per week
Position Summary :
Clinic Nurse Practitioners provide evidence-based primary and family care in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. You will work in daily collaboration with a dedicated clinical care team, focused on improving health outcomes for a panel of patients.
You will be responsible for patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment plans, chronic disease management, health counseling, and care coordination. This role reports directly to the Practice Manager.
Family Nurse Practitioner Compensation :
Pay Rate : $75 per hour
FNP Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provide Primary and Family care using evidence-based guidelines
- Conduct assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and develop individualized care plans
- Support chronic condition management and patient education
- Perform clinic administrative tasks : opening / closing, inventory, insurance verification, payment collection
- Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment
- Coordinate care with other health professionals
- Promote wellness and healthy lifestyle habits through counseling and preventive services
Family Nurse Practitioner Minimum Qualifications :
Master’s degree from a Family Nurse Practitioner programCurrent National Board CertificationActive license to practice as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of Florida1 year of FNP experince working in Primary Care, Urgent Care, Community Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Retail ClinicsMust be willing to float to multiple clinic sitesUnderstanding of chronic disease quality metricsSkills and Competencies :
Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communicator (written, verbal, electronic)Highly organized and able to manage multiple responsibilitiesSelf-directed and capable of working independentlyProficient in electronic medical records and digital toolsCollaborative team player with adaptability in a clinical care team modelWillingness to obtain additional state licenses if neededAdditional Information :
