What You'll Do : Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and supporting emergency response activities as needed. Monitor access to the location by greeting visitors, verifying identification, and maintaining visitor logs as required. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to established protocols. Assist with the management of deliveries and packages, ensuring they are processed in accordance with client and Allied Universal guidelines. Communicate clearly and professionally with visitors, employees, and / or contractors to address inquiries and provide information as appropriate. Document observations and / or incidents in daily activity reports and notify appropriate personnel as necessary. Help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious activity by maintaining a visible presence at the front desk. Minimum Requirements : A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
