Reports To : Production Manager

Supervises : Production employees

Summary : Position is tasked with execution of line schedule / programed targets with company standards and product compliance. Responsible for providing support and training for employees to ensure targeted efficiencies in set department. Certify plant polices / procedures, safety guidelines, GMPs and food safety polices.

Responsibilities

• Delegation of daily tasks to production employees.
• Ensure and exercise good manufacturing practices throughout assigned shift.
• Must be able to provide Guidance with employee issues such as but not limited to - performance, attendance, safety, assigned tasks, etc.
• Maintain product specs in accordance with company Process books.
• Provide training to employees in assigned areas and breakdown of set responsibilities.
• Analyze and resolve any deviations that may occur on lines, assist workers in resolving issues.
• Prompt and accurate completion of BRCGS documentation, also any in-house required documentation.
• Monitoring and verification of established CCPs.
