Veterinary Receptionist

Veterinary Receptionist –Full or part time position. DePorre Veterinary Hospital is a multi-doctor; AAHA accredited veterinary hospital located in Bloomfield Hills. We are a fast paced hospital looking for a quick learner that works well with a team and is able to prioritize and multi-task well.

Requirements of this position are the following :

• 2+ years of customer service experience in retail / restaurant / professional setting
• Clear and concise communicator
• Ability to anticipate client needs
• Experience using multi-line phones, computer proficient and able to use basic office equipment
• Ability to work days (open from 7 : 15 am-6 : 00 pm Monday-Friday and some Saturdays (7 : 15 am-2 : 00 pm)
• Veterinary experience a plus
• The ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
