As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned manufacturing, industrial, and retail locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and promoting a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and staff. What You'll Do : Provide customer service by following Allied Universal security-related procedures and site-specific policies at manufacturing, industrial, and retail mall locations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting as needed with emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business property and its perimeter, helping to deter unwanted activities and maintain a secure environment. Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity. Communicate clearly with onsite staff, visitors, and emergency responders as needed, fostering positive relationships at the location. Document all security-related incidents, daily activities, and observations according to Allied Universal and client requirements. Minimum Requirements : A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Alarm panel experience is preferred. The position is primarily a driving post and prior driving experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
