Charge may be required. Must be willing to float to MS units when needed. 2 years of ICU experience required, experienced and charge capable preferred. AHA NIHSS certification and 6 continuing education hours (CEUs) on Stroke related topic are required prior to start.

Unit Details :

10 bed Critical Care unit. RN : PT Ratio is 1 : 2. Charting : Allscripts / Paragon / Mckesson. PEDS cases may come in but rare. We use 2 Servo vents and the rest are LTVs at this time. We have vapotherm and V60 bipaps. We schedule a minimum of 3 nurses per shift our shifts for RNs are 7a-7p and 7p-7a.Vents, Drips, management of arterial lines, central lines, Codes. Proctored EKG exam on Day 1 of contract.

COVID vaccine is NOT required. Provide proof or declination. Flu vaccine or declination required. Mask required if declining - flu deadline 10 / 31.
