Quality Assurance Lead

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Lead to oversee software testing and quality assurance for SaaS applications in the utility industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate testing efforts for software changes, ensuring quality standards are met

Manage QA activities for projects, including test strategy, defect management, and risk identification

Develop and maintain an automated testing framework and recommend process improvements

Required Qualifications

10 years of experience in the electric utility industry

10 years of QA experience, with at least 4 years in a QA Lead role

Experience with end-to-end quality assurance in both waterfall and agile methodologies

Hands-on knowledge of various QA methods, including automated testing

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
