This full-time position is based in Tempe, AZ . Compensation includes a $50,000 base salary + commission , with first-year earnings between $75,000 and $120,000 , depending on performance.
The role includes 6 months of comprehensive training to set you up for success and reports to the Director of Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect through calls, messaging, and connections to build a qualified B2B account list across various industries.
- Understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and showcase product knowledge and value.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring clear communication on the next steps and fulfillment of expectations.
- Provide outstanding customer service in collaboration with Sales Support and internal teams.
- Continuously learn, improve, and contribute to a team-oriented, results-driven environment.
Qualifications
Experience : At least 3 years of proven success in B2B sales and prospecting.Mindset : Driven, proactive, and results-oriented with grit and determination.Skills : Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and ability to meet / exceed sales metrics.Tech Savvy : Proficient in CRM tools (Zoho preferred), Google Suite, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Preferred : Experience in apparel or screen-printing industries and regional / territory sales models.Travel : Ability to travel up to 10%.Compensation & Benefits
