Salary : $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Job Summary

Responsible for the accurate physical receiving of materials and products to maintain the integrity of inventory control and ensure timely delivery to the proper department. The role also supports inventory management through cycle counts, transfers, and periodic physical inventories.

Responsibilities

• Receive all deliveries and log them accurately into the ERP system.
• Verify incoming items against purchase orders and ensure proper certifications, processes, and paperwork are included.
• Maintain and update the internal inventory system, entering all related data into ERP.
• Perform cycle counts and periodic physical inventories to ensure accuracy.
• Transfer materials and hardware to other locations as required.
• Work closely with Process Planning to ensure vendors meet delivery requirements.
• Collaborate with Quality Control to validate compliance with specifications and certifications.
• Create and verify part identification procedures to meet drawing requirements.
• Communicate problems or discrepancies to management and assist in identifying solutions.
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and clean work environment in the Receiving and Inventory areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
